The Role

As our Customer Services and Operations Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin between our customers and internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional or a recent graduate looking to take their career to the next level in the thriving food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the crucial point of contact between customers and the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Provide exceptional service to our customers
• Handle wholesale customer onboarding, coordinate order processing, and manage daily enquiries
• Manage invoicing and assist with statements and control credit
• Assist warehouse with inventory management
• Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiencies across our operations

• An outstanding communicator across all channels especially phone and email
• Detail-oriented with a consistent approach to work
• Data entry experience and accuracy
• Adaptable and committed to exceeding customer expectations
• Commercially savvy with strong business acumen
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and identifying opportunities
• Passionate about Greek cuisine and eager to expand product knowledge
• Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and desire for professional growth

What we offer:

• Competitive Salary £28,000 - £32,000 per year
• 25 days holiday plus January 1, December 25, 26
