Events Administrator
Liberty Wines is looking for an Events Administrator to work within our small but dynamic events team. You would be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Liberty Wines events programme by managing event administration, coordinating customer and producer communications, and ensuring smooth logistical planning across a wide range of tastings and trade activities, from small intimate winemaker dinners to large-scale trade tastings.
What will you be doing
- Collaborate effectively with the Events Manager and Co-ordinators to assist in the administration of the event calendar, comprising three annual portfolio tastings in London and roadshow portfolio tastings in February and September across the UK and Ireland.
- Manage travel and accommodation requirements for producers and colleagues attending tastings, where required.
- Co-ordinate Liberty Wines’ presence at externally organised trade and consumer events.
- Undertake management of specific events, which includes, but is not limited to, the production of invitations, RSVPs, communication and liaison with producers, product and POS ordering.
- Send out weekly departmental communications and reports to the wider business.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the events team.

- Confident handling a high-volume inbox and large amounts of data
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
