Sales Support Specialist
The opportunity:
We’re on the hunt for a super-organised, people-loving Sales Support Specialist (10am – 3pm) to help keep our Monday to Friday sales operation ticking along nicely. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero – supporting our sales team, chatting with customers, keeping the admin in shape, and making sure things run smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
· Processing orders
· Helping customers over telephone and email – friendly and reliable service is our thing
· Keeping customer records and sales information up to date
· Working with the team to make sure deliveries go without a hitch
· Assisting with digital admin, amending customer lists, offers, and even the odd event or tasting
· Pitching in wherever needed – we’re a small team that supports each other
About you:
· Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
· Great communication skills (and a sense of humour never hurts)
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel and Outlook)
· Experience in admin, customer service or sales support
· An interest in wine – no need to be an expert, but we’d love it if you’re curious and keen to learn
Added bonuses:
· Experience in the wine trade or a WSET qualification
· Knowledge of E commerce
· CRM or order management sales and stock processing systems experience
