Amathus Drinks is looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to join our retail team across our London locations.

We are currently recruiting for:

• Wine & Spirits Advisors across our London stores
• Assistant Manager at our Elgin Crescent, Notting Hill store

The Roles

Wine & Spirits Advisor

As a Wine & Spirits Advisor, you will:

• Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service in a luxury retail environment.
• Provide expert recommendations across our extensive range of wines, spirits, and craft beverages.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
• Help achieve sales targets and support in-store tastings and local marketing events.
• Uphold Amathus brand standards and contribute to a vibrant retail culture.

Assistant Manager (Elgin Crescent, Notting Hill)

As Assistant Manager, you will:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and team supervision.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Drive sales performance, develop staff skills, and manage store KPIs.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and event coordination.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and operational standards.
• Foster a positive, professional culture reflecting Amathus values.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in wine, spirits, or premium retail preferred.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
• WSET qualification (or equivalent) desirable; training support available.
• Passionate about customer engagement and outstanding service.
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
