Job Responsibilities:

As Supervisor at Kapka Wina Wroclaw, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Leading and motivating the waitstaff team to provide outstanding customer service

Training and onboarding new waitstaff members, including providing guidance on service standards and products knowledge

Coordinating the seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover and optimal guest satisfaction

Assisting with resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner

Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement service strategies and policies

Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations

Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance team members' skills and performance

Requirements:

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and upholding high service standards

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with composure

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry

Previous experience in the gastronomy business is required.

Working Hours and Salary:

The working hours for this position are as follows:

Tuesday: 16:00 - 22:00

Wednesday: 16:00 - 22:00

Thursday: 16:00 - 22:00

Friday: 16:00 - 00:00

Saturday: 16:00 - 00:00

The salary for this position is 28 Zlotys per hour.

Additional Information:

previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or wine bar will be considered a plus.
