Salary: £40-45k DOE + Optional Service Charge + Bonus

The Opportunity: We are now seeking a General Manager for a new hybrid wine bar and merchant concept in The Royal Exchange EC3V, a stone's throw from Hermes and Louis Vuitton, which will be fitting out in the coming weeks.

You must know what it takes to launch a venue and transform it beyond its neighbourhood into the go-to destination for a choosy and knowledgeable clientele. A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for people, premium retail, and hospitality will inform your leadership. And, of course, you will have the wine knowledge to impress and guide that knowledgeable clientele and to hold your own against our highly regarded managers in the wider business.
